The staff member on duty was kind and helpful, apologised for the state of the room and offered a different one, but not a refund.

I have traveled extensively and experienced a wide range of accommodations, understanding that standards vary from country to country. However, cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this place completely failed in that regard. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that hygiene was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust covering every surface, limescale buildup everywhere, and an overall sense of neglect. The worst part? I found a used toothbrush in the bathroom, a clear sign that proper cleaning had not been done. It’s one thing for a hotel to be old, but there is no excuse for it to be this dirty. Every corner of the room felt grimy, and there was an unmistakable musty smell, as if the place hadn’t been properly aired out in ages. This is, without a doubt, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in—an absolute top contender for the worst travel experience I’ve had. Avoid at all costs.
